FULL SERVICE
VENUE ONLY PACKAGE

This package allows the bride to choose, pay for, and schedule her own vendors, providing for the most flexibility.

Sorella weddings include:

Access to the farmhouse, lawn, barn and grounds for 8 hours on the day of your event
Use of the grounds the day prior to your event for rehearsal and portraits
Use of the expansive veranda area for your cocktail hour
Private bridal loft and grooms room in the farmhouse for pre-ceremony preparations
Set up and use of white folding chairs and silver Chiavari chairs for ceremony and reception
Set up and use of round tables (5') for dining
Rectangle tables (8') for food and beverage service (includes linens)
Stone patio with bistro lighting and gas fire pit
Separate furnished area for caterer
Use of the grounds for engagement and bridal portraits
Choice of 4 picturesque ceremony sites
Parking lot attendants with golf cart shuttle for bridal party on event day
4 bathrooms onsite, conveniently located next to reception barn area
Our Sorella Farms facilitator onsite the day of the wedding to ensure that venue operates as contracted

In-House Wedding Planner $1,500

To ensure every wedding at our venue runs smoothly, we require our in-house planner. This allows our team to guide you through the planning process and coordinate your wedding day so everything flows beautifully from start to finish. This includes consultation and development of event timeline, vendor recommendations, creating layouts, rehearsal coordination, ceremony and reception coordination on day of.

FUN ADDITIONS

VINTAGE CARTS

Our vintage carts serve up ice cream sundaes, flavored lemonade and coffees, syrups and toppings. Available during your reception, the cart gives your guests an alternative or addition to traditional cake or cupcakes.

DECOR RENTAL

Our décor items include a wide selection of vintage furniture, table decorations, arbors, LED candles, vases, and lanterns. Browse through our selection and pick out that perfect piece to add to your ceremony or reception.

BAR

Enjoy drinks served over our custom designed bar. Our cheerful bartender will serve your guests with professional, courteous service. We provide ice, cups, and napkins. You provide the alcohol. Beer, wine, and champagne allowed. You tell us when and where to set up during your reception. Ask for details.

ABOUT SORELLA

The 76-acre farm, established in 1827, holds a rich history and timeless charm. Its original home stands proudly alongside numerous upgrades and expansions over the years. The landscape is a picturesque blend of rolling pastures and wooded areas adorned with majestic Walnut trees, vibrant fruit trees, and blooming flowers. Adding to its allure, the property boasts a serene pond with a beautifully lit fountain and a lively flowing creek.

With four distinct ceremony sites to choose from, you're sure to find the perfect backdrop for your special day. Whether it's the tranquil pond, the shade of the Walnut trees, the stunning mountain views from "I Do Hill," or our newest intimate woodland spot complete with wooden benches and a stage – the options are endless.

The centerpiece of the property is the magnificent 40' x 74' Amish-built barn, designed perfectly for hosting your reception. Featuring hardwood floors, an expansive veranda, elegant chandeliers, ceiling fans, and tasteful decorations, the barn sets the stage for an unforgettable celebration. Plus, with modern amenities like climate control, including central air conditioning and heat, your guests will stay comfortable regardless of the weather.

Surrounding the barn are covered patios adorned with charming lights and fans, along with essential facilities including restrooms, a bar, a gas fire pit, and outdoor bistro-style seating. This thoughtfully designed setup ensures that every aspect of your event is both functional and visually stunning.
